open hand family uganda. is a charity project that is focused on transforming the body, mind, and soul of the poor in the republic of Uganda. open hand family uganda. as a child care, and sponsorship project,it began in year 2013 as an charity, the desire was, and still today, to holistically serve the poor in the Ugandan republic by focusing on all aspects of health.this charity was started by an idividual volunteer known as kavandha philip.
